Vita has more than 20 years’ experience in the strategic management of communication projects. She is a Ph.D. Candidate in Communication and a lecturer at Riga Stradiņš University. Trained in behaviour change theory at the Centre for Behaviour Change, University College London. She is one of the few specialists in the Baltics who develops behaviour change interventions.
